Who’s behind this?
Hi, I’m Michelle—a teacher, writer, and mum of two, passionate about rhythm, nourishment, and raising healthy, wholehearted humans. I’ve spent nearly two decades in education, and I’ve seen firsthand how small, intentional choices—around food, light, movement, rest, and play—can shape the wellbeing of children and families in lasting ways.
With a deep love of language, a fascination with brain health and development, and obsession with nutrition, I created The Vibrant Life Hub as a place to explore how we grow—together, gently, and in sync with something deeper than the daily rush.

A Bit More About Me
I live with my family on the coast of Lake Macquarie, NSW, where the sea air does half the work of calming nervous systems. I’m happiest in soft light with a book in hand, a mug nearby, and a child (or dog) inevitably trying to steal both my lap and my tea.
This space brings together everything I care about—slow mornings, strong families, steady rhythms—and draws quietly on my years as a teacher, where I saw how deeply children respond to environments that support their growth from the inside out.
